Book Club Info
After starting a book club in 2018 and reaping the most fulfilling rewards (good, honest conversations about the world and our place in it with some of the best and brightest ladies in Denver), I’ve decided to keep the book club going for the foreseeable future. Our club is open to women only and we read books authored exclusively by American women of color. We meet once a month, on the last Tuesday of the month, and we are serious about doing the reading and coming ready to discuss it. I hope you'll join us, and I hope together we'll grow and learn and get uncomfortable for the sake of making the world a better/kinder/more peaceful place. Below are the books for 2019!
February - Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng
August - An American Marriage by Tayari Jones
September - A Good Country by Laleh Khadivi
October - Heart Berries by Terese Marie Mailhot
November - Not That Bad edited by Roxane Gay
December - The Incendiaries by R.O. Kwon
