Well good morning. Happy Friday to ya. I woke up in the middle of the night last night to the loudest thunderstorm I've ever experienced. The whole house shook. I may have irrationally worried that I was going to get struck by lightning. I'm gearing up for my last weekend in Colorado (for a while, anyway) and starting it off by hitting up Dazzle with my sister Kate tonight. It's the last remaining item on my farewell tour list, so I'm hoping I can stay awake long enough to enjoy it. Here are some of my favorite things from The Internet lately - just for you. Enjoy!
This is fascinating. Here's hoping he can do some good.
I saw The Grand Budapest Hotel for the second time this week and these treats are spot on.
Dann sent me this the other night when I couldn't sleep. It made me laugh, at least.
"All 33,000 students in the district must apply for a seat at one of the 58 public charter schools, relying on a computerized lottery to determine placement." I just can't even.
And finally, this week, from my blogtern (remember her??), the best J. Lo story.
