Good morning. Is it sunny where you are? It's still cold here, but it's sunny. I love it.
My book club chose two books this month, since most of them have this week off for spring break (and because no one was willing to make the final decision between the top two vote-getters). So Red Hook Road and Cutting For Stone are on the docket for next month.
I'm just about finished with Barbara Kingsolver's newest novel, Flight Behavior, and it has been delightful. It's the first of her books that I've ever read, and it has made me believe that she and I would likely be friends if we met in real life.
How Children Succeed is one that was on my holds list for months at the library. I think I read somewhere that Arne Duncan called it one of his favorite books of 2012, but otherwise I know nothing about it. If it's awesome, I'll let you know. If it's terrible, I probably won't finish it.
What are you reading these days?
